Dany

We found Dany living on the top floor of a laundry business next to the Bykota House Dormitory. For a time it may have appeared that her destiny was to live as a slave for the business owner but with us now aware of her plight we could not allow that to continue.

When we first inquired about her she was beaten by her owners for speaking to Bykota House children and staff. We all began to pray that God would deliver this precious child to us. Within one month our prayers were answered when the owner approached our staff asking us to please take this girl off his hands.

Dany is very shy and has a sweet personality. She has taken to little Samuel and is often playing with him on the floor. Dany has never been to school before. We are beginning to teach her the A B C's and we have high hopes the ACE curriculum will help us give her the education she so desperately needs to thrive in Cambodia.
